Abandoned structures are a part of every city. In “Everything is Going to be Alright” we explore theories of reuse and demolition. How can we transform these neglected spaces?

1. Provide small grants to struggling art students/artists/small start-up design companies to create light/art installation to draw attention to derelict buildings.
2. Let public discussion begin and unfold; wait for property owner to notice positive and negative attention.
3. Watch the owner react and take action — demolition or reintegration! Let new discussion begin.
